Everything went very smooth. I forgot to let them know all the minor issues I was concerned aBout when scheduling my appt online in their website, but when ShaNe called to verify the appt, I told him of what I had forgot, and he added it to my requests. I got a call for the estimated cost and asking what all I wanted done, to be within my budget, so I felt goid about that instead being charged and finding out later. They even called to ask if Needed the Jeep over the weekend as they were still waiting on a part to come in. I felt that was very thoughtful. Plus the shuttle service got me home after dropping off my Jeep for service abd when repairs were completed they cane to my house and brought me to pick it up. So I really appreciated their due diligence in getting me and my vehicle back safely on the road.

Ric Henry’s did a pre trip inspection on my van. They provided feedback on what they had inspected and highlighted areas of concern. Repairs were quickly completed and a fair price was charged. Staff was professional and helpful.
