I made a call and scheduled an appt to get my car repaired, Shane was absolutely the most professional, kind, and courteous "shop person" I have ever dealt with. (truthfully) He emailed & called appropriately to make sure I knew what was going on. He had the parts overnighted as he understood my situation and was trying to expedite the repair. they had my car done 2 days sooner than they expected. Ric henry's garage was a suggestion and a perfect one indeed, they will be my mechanic going forward. thank you shane and crew, you did a great job from start to finish. see you again soon for some regular vehicle maintenance.

OUR car broke down about 20 miles outside san angelo, and I found ric henry's through an online search. Once the tow truck arrived, the driver told us that ric henry's ws probably the best place in town for repairs. The shop was very busy, but they managed to work us in and start on repairs the next morning, replacing the fuel pump and filter. We were back on the road by 2pm the following day. Shane even recommended a hotel for us, next to a great restaurant. Everyone was very nice and professional. Would highly recommend ric henry's for all your automotive needs!

Excellent service

After a small communication issue Ric, Shane, dana and the rest of the crew stepped up and made things right. I was called when the forgotten parts (wiper blades) arrved and they fit perfectly. no BS that you get from parts stores. right parts the first time. Ric Henry's crew know their stuff and are worth the wait and cost, because in the end you can get back to things without worrying about poor repairs/service you get from other shops.
