great service from Ric HENRY'S auto service. Those guys really know what THEY'RE doing with volkswagen and audi cars for sure. San angelo doesn't need an Audi dealer when there's a place like this in town. Even after having major work done (REBUILT THE WHOLE HEAD OF MY 2.0t fsi audi a3 motor) they were so willing to help out with any little fault code or whatever came up on my car and help get it fixed at no charge.... thanks so much for everything you did Shane.

San Angelo is a bit on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for! The shop fixed my rear seal (they thought it was the oil pan but didn't charge me for the new oil pan gasket). Even gave us a ride to the mall! Because it took a little longer than expected they recommended a nice company down the road to rent a car from. Overall experience was professional and organized. Shane even called the next day to make sure the seal was holding. I highly recommend this shop with all these good people, but be prepared to pay for 5 star service! Thanks guys, keep up the good work!

Professional shop. Kept me informed of the progress during the repairs. I met the young man that worked on my car, his name is Leon. First he's very funny, needs his own reality tv show, but an amazing mechnic. Shane the office manager is just incredible. Mr henry was very warm and kind during the entire process. I would highly recommend rick henrys auto service.
